Reservify is preparing registration as a Greek sole proprietorship. The address arranged for its future tax headquarters is Ipponaktos 18, Neos Kosmos, Athens 11744. Acceptance of the AADE lease declaration and formal registration are still pending. This is a registered-address service, not a customer-facing office. These policies and statutory business details will be updated after registration.

What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. The website may also use localStorage and sessionStorage to remember technical choices or temporary session information.

Necessary storage

We use technical storage that is necessary to remember your consent choice and support basic website operation. It is not used for advertising profiling.

reservify-consent: remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics.
Session storage may temporarily hold first landing page and attribution details so that, after a successful lead, the journey can be measured without sending name, email, phone number or message content to Analytics.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is activated only after you choose to accept analytics. It is used to understand visits, pages, core interactions and successful leads.

Common Google Analytics cookies include _ga and _ga_*.
Exact duration may depend on Google and property configuration.
We do not send contact form name, email, phone number or message content to Analytics.

Google Ads and conversion measurement

Reservify's own paid Google Ads campaigns are currently paused. Successful contact submissions may still be measured through Google Analytics events, where analytics consent has been given; this does not mean paid advertisements are running.

In the current implementation, the Reservify consent layer does not grant advertising storage, ad user data or ad personalization.
Accepting analytics is not treated as consent to personalised advertising.

How you give or withdraw consent

On your first visit, you can accept analytics or reject non-essential storage.

You can later open Cookie preferences from the footer and change your choice. When a previous acceptance is withdrawn, the application stops further analytics measurement and attempts to remove related analytics cookies from the domain.

Duration and clearing data

The necessary consent choice remains in local storage until you change it or clear browser data. Analytics cookies follow the lifetime configured by Google Analytics and can also be removed through your browser settings.

Third-party changes

Third-party providers may change cookie names, duration or technical behaviour. We will update this policy when our own use changes materially.
