Until formal sole-proprietorship registration is complete, the person responsible for the Reservify website and handling enquiries is Basil Alexander Constantinou Malek, founder of Reservify, based in Athens, Greece.

We collect only information that is reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to enquiries and measure website use.

• Information you submit through the contact form, such as name, business name, email, phone number, website, business type, services of interest and message.
• Technical information generated through website operation, including basic request information and a hashed IP indicator used to protect the form from abuse.
• Usage and analytics information only after you consent to analytics cookies.
• Campaign information such as UTM parameters when present in the URL and where the required analytics consent has been given.

We use personal data only for specific and compatible purposes.

• To respond to questions, quote requests, free mockup requests and other enquiries.
• To understand which service or solution you are interested in and prepare a relevant response.

Contact form submissions are stored so we can receive and manage your request. We do not use the content of your message for advertising targeting.

The form includes validation and abuse-limiting controls. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or information that is not necessary for your request.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose to accept analytics. Before consent, Reservify does not enable analytics storage.

Reservify may use Google Ads to advertise its services. Successful enquiries may be measured through events imported from Google Analytics. In the current implementation, advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization remain disabled by the website's consent layer.

We use third-party providers only where needed to operate, host, store or measure the website.

• Supabase for backend and database functions supporting contact submissions and authorised management features.
• Lovable and related infrastructure services for application development and hosting.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads for analytics and measurement, subject to your consent choices.
• The free QR generator uses the external api.qrserver.com service. The URL you enter is sent to that provider to render the QR image. Do not submit private URLs or sensitive data.
• Other technical providers may be used where required for security, DNS, hosting or website operation.

Some providers may process data outside Greece and/or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on the transfer mechanisms offered by the relevant provider, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

For non-customer enquiries, we aim to retain contact submissions for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for security, legal claims or legal obligations.

Data connected to a future customer relationship may be retained for as long as required by that relationship and applicable legal or tax obligations after formal business registration.

Analytics cookie duration is determined by the relevant technical configuration and provider policy. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie preferences.

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
