Reservify is preparing registration as a sole proprietorship operated by Basil Alexander Constantinou Malek. The intended tax headquarters is Ipponaktos 18, Neos Kosmos, Athens 11744, Greece, subject to final lease acceptance and AADE registration. This is not a walk-in office. These terms cover use of the website and initial enquiries and will be updated with statutory business details upon registration.

Using the website means you agree to these terms as they relate to reservify.gr. Any paid engagement is additionally governed by a separate written proposal, scope or agreement.

You may use the website for lawful information and communication about Reservify services.

• You must not attempt to compromise security, gain unauthorised access, interfere with operation or automate abusive use of forms.
• You must not use website content in a way that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.

Submitting a form or enquiry does not by itself create a contract or obligation to provide a service.

Where a free mockup or concept is offered, it is an indicative creative direction rather than a completed website, final deliverable or binding proposal.

Services, deliverables, timing, revisions, hosting, integrations and support are defined project by project.

Before paid work begins, there should be a clear written agreement on scope and price. Website descriptions are informational and do not replace the specific proposal for a project.

Indicative or starting prices shown on the website may vary depending on scope. Where '+ VAT' is stated, VAT applies when and as required by the applicable tax status and law.

Until formal business registration is complete, this page is not a tax or invoicing document. Payment terms and lawful invoices or receipts will be determined and issued in accordance with the applicable status at the time of a transaction.

Where a project requires materials from a client, the client is responsible for the accuracy of information and for having the right to use any logos, text, photos, trademarks, data or other materials supplied.

The content, brand, design and code of reservify.gr are protected by applicable intellectual property rules and may not be copied or reused beyond what the law permits.

Ownership and licensing of client deliverables will be defined in the relevant project proposal or agreement.

Reservify solutions may connect with third-party services such as Google, Supabase, hosting providers, booking tools, social platforms or payment providers. Availability and terms of those third-party services are controlled by their respective providers.

We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, number of leads, reviews, bookings, sales or advertising campaign return.

We use reasonable professional effort within the agreed scope, but outcomes that depend on platforms, market conditions, competition or user behaviour cannot be guaranteed.

We aim to keep the website and services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.

These terms may be updated when services, business status or law changes. The latest version will be published on this page.

These terms are governed by Greek law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to the user. Competent jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable law.
